Question What are the best and worse Christmas presents you have ever received ?

Best= Tiny Tears doll
Worst= Blue knitted trouser suit, urghhhh

Best (as a big kid)=Beer Making Kit

Worst=green knitted jumper... the thought of it makes me cringe now....

worst was, for 3 sucessive years, was aftershave, not a lot of use for someone with a beard.. and it was from step-son and family, so not as though they didn't know.

Worst = A Darcy style christmas jumper - just like Darcy himself knitted by his grand mother..

Best - Atari games console (between me and my sister, back in the 70s)
Worst - Set of towels from (now ex) husband - when I explained my disappointment (at lack of romance etc etc) he said, with genuine incredulity, "but they are matching" (each other, yes, but not matching anything else in the house!)

Pair of slippers size 3... I'm a size 6. Also aftershave.. I'm a girl! Thought my sister was trying to say that I looked like a man but she had just picked up the wrong bottle!

Best - this year's - my Dad is coming over! Very excited, it's been a horrid year
Worst - a blank VHS cassette. Given to me way after I got rid of the VHS player!
