It'll give me something to do whilst I wait for the Merlot to be restocked, I heard that bloody alcoholic Sue was in again last night and has drunk all of MY MERLOT

Keep your chin up, your journey here is obviously meant to be difficult but you're nearly here now. I did have a quick look and I'd buy it if I wanted a house in Devon but unfortunately I don't and nor do I know anyone that does
