The Wellington Thread
as CC has one thought we new Wellingtonians (? ) should have one.
Being very new to Wellington I personally would like to know about area's of interest to visit with the family say within an hour and a half drive/train. Please avoid SH2 Rimutaka Hill Road, be there, done that, felt the nausea
On one of our scout arounds we stumbled across Staglands so have that marked in the sat nav for a future visit. Also got the nature reserve up in Waikanae, Can't remember the name.
Anyway you get the drift anything you think could be helpful, fun, exciting blah blah blah......

Have you been to see the seals at Sinclair Head (near the back of the airport). We havent been yet but will go in june/july as that is the best time.
