MrsFychan and Robbo25, thank you for your responses, I do tend to look on Seek and do see a majority of jobs in Auckland within my field.Also with 5 years Retail background in a Global company, the worse case scenario would be trying to find a job in retail if needs be. But I think I'm going to save up a bit more so i can come hopefully start of 2015 or within Spring time least then I have 2 years experience compared to a year

Look on TradeMe as well.
This has been a good source of jobs too.

No matter how pretty Wellington is I could never live there because of wind/weather.
It may be different if you're migrating from Hull ?!
