Well you can blow me down with a feather....
I've actually passed my Biophysics paper
I fully expected to fail it as it has been a very difficult (for me) course, considering that I last studied physics in 1980. I've had a serious number of brain cells die in the intervening years & the two remaining ones only meet on special occasions
I have also passed my Human Anatomy & Physiology paper but then so I should've considering I worked as a midwife for 10 years.
Now will someone give me a job as a trainee anaesthetic technician please?

Well done A.
Not sure about trainees but a certain former forumite was associated with the department at North Shore. Saw him at the Club the other night. I can ask him about the local job market if you're interested.

Thanks all. I'm feeling decidedly smug this morning . Just so relieved that I don't have to do it again. I came out of the biophys exam with absolutely no idea how I'd done. I've never had that feeling before.
Actually quite enjoyed it in the end but am getting exceedingly boring going on about the gas laws, centripedal/centrifugal forces etc., etc. OH has been very patient bless him.
Catchafire - always happy to make people smile
Lardyl - well as we all know, it's not what you know but whom here, so yes please. I've just put in an application to a private hospital & I know a few of the trainees there, so helping that helps. Though as they named me "Crazy Lady" on the block weekend, I'm not so sure
Scottishstacey - happy to help a fellow student. I like chemistry, very interesting stuff. Not saying I'm any good at it mind. Best of luck with your course chuck. What are you doing?
BEVS - got ya
