Everyone knows Russians police, judges and politicians will take a bribe (or "buttering the bread" as they like to put it). We would never live in Russia of course because we find this kind of moral corruption extremely unpalatable, we detest the dishonesty. New Zealand has some of the lowest rates of corruption in the world, we are above all that. Or so I though…
