I can only assume Irish Eyes that you had an overestimated bill the previous month, because $66 is impossibly low. Considering $30 of that will be standing charges. I have tried all sorts to reduce our consumption almost to the miserable levels Team Embo describes.

Because it's been so warm we've only been heating water for 1.5 hours per day and hardly been cooking indoors, we're not home all day for five days a week and don't turn any lights on until it is really dark, yet still average 120 units per week, which works out at around $25 per week plus GST.

For us to get to your level of $66 for a month suggest we need to aim for 120 units in a month, rather than in a week.
