Vibrators ...
... Now that I have your attention!!
I was reading in the NZ Herald supplement thingy today about a new exercise thing called V-Robic, like a space age vibrating machine that in 10 minutes a day improves your circulation, bone density, muscle tone etc, etc. But their website is non-existent? I also got an invitation to have a free session on one through work this week.
Anyone heard of it/tried it? Bit worried about my wobbly bits being wobbled in public?
I believe that exercise is very dangerous - you never heard of anyone pulling a muscle sat on the sofa drinking wine, but for 10 minutes a day? Got to be worth a look before Summer?!

Re: Vibrators ...
I probably shouldn't just pass over danny.f's comment without making a further vulgar comment, but I shall try to refrain! - There is a MORE serious issue at hand, BOOM BOOM.
One of my mate's has been trying out this new fad. She says she really felt a difference, I didn't feel her to see if she was correct, but she's annoyingly slim already. She said she knows other people that have been using this, and they're very happy with the results. I guess 'different strokes for different folks.'
Personally, you always read about these different sporty types dropping dead, I'd just stick with wine (good for heart), lots of steak (full of nutrients), and walk to the local takeout, as opposed to using the car. YAY!!
