I too have heard from very informed pundits that Clinton is not the 'good' choice. I am certainly no Trump supporter and have always sided with the Democrats rather than the Republicans. Neither choice is attractive (apparently) for the long term good of anyone. I fear that the US is very much betwixt a very big rock and a horribly hard place. Only time will tell who will be worse for the US and the wider international community.

As they do indeed say "God help us all". But then again there is no god so we are xxxxed. Apparently.

I just ended up watching Russel Brand all afternoon after clicking on your link, watching it for a bit and then skipping to the next vid.
I have no opinion on the US elections apart from they're both horrible ... and money talks.

My sincere apologies for having been the catalyst (albeit accidental) for that. are you okay now? I am not sure I could recover from that!

Trump winning gives me more concern than if Clinton wins.

Much as I love Obama as a human, as a President though I have misgivings having read that he has been less than effectual in his 8 years. Other than Obamacare what has he really done? I take this from better informed than I who have asked this question.

Trump will almost certainly be the less of two evils, certainly on the wider world stage.

Clinton it appears is keen to up the ante in the Middle East.

Trump is way too dumb to start a war, I think.

What a kerfuffle eh? 300 odd million people and all they can put up is a Putin Puppet and a dictatorial warmonger. What a ******* shambles.

I hope that Clinton wins. We dont need a racist and bigot as the leader of the free world.

She is no better apparently. She wants to keep the pressure up in the middle east and is deemed to be a dictator with loads of cronies. I used to think (wrongly) she was a very kind person with good attitude and behaviour. I have always been a Democtratic supporter too.

There is apparently much more chance of conflagration with her at the helm, not him. I would rather have Trump in power, much as I wholly disagree with his rhetoric, than a power crazy warmonger.

There are 700 UK troops, tanks and drones newly stationed in Estonia along with the 300 US troops arriving in Norway to counter Russia, I think current US/world leaders are pushing Putin into a nasty corner and the blow back will be global. Russia has ordered envoys and diplomats back to the motherland and a recent Russian disaster drill involving 40 million people, certainly raises the stakes. Probably under the radar of a lot of people caught up in the current election circus and celebrityxfactorblockbatchelorbuildingadreamcrap.

Hillary's proposed first presidential action will be to sanction a no fly zone in Syria. Will she be crazy enough to order US/NATO planes to shoot the Ruskies out of the sky? -very probably.

(sidenote: IMO the current Russian airstrike atrocities in Syria are unforgivable and amount to war crimes).

#Draintheswamp and #Deplorable for me it seems.

How is stationing 1000 troops in a defensive mode in NATO countries pushing Putin into a corner? They do however become a tripwire if he gets aggressive against the Baltic states so in that sense you are correct.

What would the US reaction be if Russia massed troops on the Mexican/US border?
