UK Weather - What's Going On?
 

Just been watching Sky news to see more snow in Scotland and -3. Hail and storms predicted for the long weekend across most of the UK.

Had to laugh at the weather presenter's understatement;

"It's looking a little disappointing." You don't say!:p

I know with the UK it very much depends where you are, but for those of you thinking you'll never see spring stay warm indoors.:thumbup:

I am to blame actually :o

We were just starting to enjoy some really lovely spring weather, warm sunshine and lovely bright days kids able to run around and play in the garden again & then...................................

I thought we would get the kids a trampoline (last Sunday) and since then its all gone rather pear shape and we are back to having the heating on and wrapping up in winter woolies,

so apologies to all :unsure:

It's just that the jetstream is a bit too far south at the moment. It drags the depressions further south... they normally track north over Scotland ...:) oops looks like I'm going to have to explain the NAO next!:ohmy:

Currently, in Tindalls Beach, it's still quite warm. We've had sun today and forecast sun, tomorrow. ..........:thumbup::p
