Uk, tv's in New Zealnd

Hi can anyone give some help on tv issues brought over from the UK, after moving over from the Uk I recently had all our furniture sent over which included 4 LCD tv's, 3 of which all work with no problems, the 4th being the newest and most expensive doensn't want to switch on for some reason. It is a Samsung LE46A656, we also have the same model in 40" which works ok. When switched on it make it's usual start up sound but then the standby light just repetedly at quite a fast pace, when going through the input source you get sound from the Sky box but no picture all other source points just come up with what I would call a blue/black colour. Has anyone else had the same problems? or can anyone please give suggestions. Many thanks in advance for any help or thoughts.

Have you tried plugging in a freeview box or a pc to see if there's a picture then? Is it set to NTSC instead of PAL?

Get intouch with your shipping agents to claim on your insurance. It may just need a repair.
If it doesnt switch on theres a fault.
