Woohoooo7th of September we leave the UK
9th we land in Sydney
And on the 12th we touch down in New Zealand.
Having a few days in Auckland, then off to Rotorua before we head to Gizzy

Visa application handed in, 
obviously have to wait to get approval before i book my flights but planning on leaving the UK on 25th September, maybe having a quick stop off in Aukland to see my rellies before heading down to Dunedin to settle in and start work!!

Ok, flights are booked now.
Leave London at about 10pm on 25th September, stop off in Singapore for an hour or two
(26th), and land in Christchurch in the morning of 27th September. I guess I then have to check out and back in again to fly to Dunedin. Should make it back to my new home by tea time on the 27th

Guess I'd better add my name to the list - especially as I've mentioned it in another thread!
Wife and children left on Bank Holiday Monday, I'm packing up things and taking flat pack furniture apart the controlled way - before it falls to pieces in the container.
The house might be on the way to being sold - well someone has said they're interested and our agent is selling their house as well - so I'm holding off getting a ticket in the hope that I'll know for sure (one way or the other) before I have to go and then I can organise things depending on whether the house will be empty for a few weeks or longer.
I'll probably be flying from Manchester on about the 15th as some friends near there want to buy our car so I can deliver it to them and get a lift to the airport - that bit has worked out well

Oh my word over the last few days we have booked our flights, sorted our pets and become completely skint 
We are flying on Christmas day with our three children to Auckland and then who knows.
We are both teachers and are looking for jobs right now as its coming close to the time NZ teachers resign. OMG seriously scared and excited all at once.

im flying to auckland on the 9th sept. VERY excited but very anxious! We have been looking at basing ourselves west of the city- any advice on where is ok and perhaps where to avoid? We will also be looking for friends, esp english friends to watch the rugby with!!

I'm moving over to Wellington this month. Will be leaving London on the 20th and arriving in Welly on the 25th after a weekend in Auckland.
Its a very last minute thing - coming over for 6 month work contract then will see what happens. I don't know anyone over there so if anyone is free for a drink to give me a few pointers let me know!
