Visa granted 18th June. We have just booked flights - leave Scotland on the 25th July and arrive in New Zealand on the 27th July. Going to be living and working in Christchurch. Can't wait to get over...

Hi All,
First post on BE, hopefully not too many mistakes.
We'll be living in BoP/Rotorua from Sept 2012.
I make my first trip there in 2 weeks for a peek around loooking at houses etc.
VISAs all sorted.
While boss is busy, I'll be looking round the BoP in a car.
Any takers for a coffee in Rotorua the week of Monday 16 July 2012 - Friday 20 July 2012, all advice welcome.
I guess they do have a few cafes in Rotorua area.

Yeah!!! We are here.got phones sorted today hence being back on line. It's a long old flight but we mostly survived. Loving this weather too although it's mighty cold when the sun is down!

Thanks! I arrived yesterday afternoon 
. Still jetlagged, and managed to pick up plane lurgy, so been sniffling and sneezing all day! Agree though, the weather is good so far considering it is Winter - I was walking round in flipflops, oops sorry jandals, yesterday and was amused to see the locals walking around in their big coats and furry hats and scarves!
