Can't believe I am actually adding to this thread - it's been a long time coming and I really thought I'd never get to do this . . . . . . . but anyway, I am and we're flying with Singapore Airlines from Manchester on July 19th arriving July 20th . . . . . . OMG!!! Would you please add me to the list?

Hi guys. My husband (Mike) and I are moving from Sydney to Auckland on 8 July (we're originally from Scotland but lived in Oz for 10 yrs). Don't know where we'll be based yet, initially in a serviced apartment then will be looking for somewhere to rent initially then buy.

Sorry that I couldn't update this sooner but have been sunning myself in the Cook Islands 
1st or 2nd July. Bassking leaves Oz. Arrives soon after! (Wellington then Auckland).
8th July. Ronanz. Leaves Sydney. Arrives ?8th or 9th July. ? where yet.
11th July. Ninja757(Steph, Brett & Dave). Arrives 13th July. (Auckland)
16th July. Gazmfc(& Clare, Lily & Jasmine). Arrives 26th July. (Auckland, after a week in LA ).
19th July. Gail5. At last - hooray! Arrives 20th July. (Tauranga).
21st July. Rick78(& wife & daughter). Arrives 23rd July(Auckland).

Well, theres no going back now!!!.....The Container went today (god knows how they got it all in??)..the car has been sold....and we are all now living out of suitcases for the next couple of months!!!!.......SQUEAKY BUM TIME

It will feel very real next Saturday when we say goodbye at a family wedding!!......The worst bit has been having to leave our 12 year old Springer with my mum in law!!

But still can't believe it's happening! It's like it's not happening to us, it's very strange/weird. Not looking forward to the goodbyes (leaving 2 sons here at uni) so am putting it to the back of my mind till the last minute but then it'll hit me - OMG!

The strangest thing is that even though we have planned everything to the finest detail, for what seems like ages......I HATE some of the clothes that I have chosen for myself
now i`ve got no choice but to wear what i`ve got, and hope that my 13 year old son doesn`t take the p**s too much

We have been in Temp accomodation in Lighter quays along the
Auckland waterfront........On friday night the building shuddered !! We are very settled, bought x2 cars last saturday and move to the delightful Takapunga next week............way hay.......barbie needs to be planned.
