Me too, very nervous about keeping it under budget but hopefully it'll be ok. I'm so, so excited ... was getting really fed up but am all excited again now!
Soon as things get started I'll get snapping with the camera and post lots of photos

18 weeks from start to finish we were told today so we should be in by August ... We'll have been in this rental a lot, lot longer than we first anticipated and rent is dead money. Wish we'd bought a caravan now and roughed it a bit

Sound good to me, I would have liked nothing more than to have had a wee caravan to myself and let them smell to their hearts content in the tent

Think on the electric you could have saved - they wouldn't have had to change their clothes or shower!

I know lol, still am tempted to let this rental go and camp but the weather is turning nasty now isn't it which is just typical. We have a little corral of tents on our land already and if it was just me and my husband I would have roughed it without a moments thought.

Can I be Kevin McLeod and rock up every 3 months and say "this couple have such vision and attention to detail, and yet I can't help wondering will it ever be finished.....
