Stereophonic - Language. Sex. Violence. Other? Cool, huh? I have the album.

maroon 5 - I prefer Linkin Park to maroon 5

In no particular order cos I couldn't decide which should be first, let alone 2nd or 3rd...

David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust

R.E.M - In Time

Yazoo - Upstairs at Erics

Robbie - Live at Knebworth

Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms

This is so hard! Here I go:
Pixies - Surfer Rosa or Doolittle, just can't decide

The Stone Roses - well it is always in the greatest album lists so someone had to do it!

Pulp - His 'N' Hers

Radiohead - The Bends

Jesus and Mary Chain - Psychocandy

I always think a great album has to have stood the test of time, hence all of them being from the 80s/90s. Have at least 20 others but have stuck to the 5 suggested by the poster [even though sneaked in 6!].

For me...
  1. R.E.M. -- Automatic for the People
  2. Led Zeppelin -- IV
  3. Deep Purple -- In Rock
  4. Black Sabbath -- Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
  5. Queen -- News of the World
  6. Iron Maiden -- Live after Death (couldn't stick to five and since I'm going to see Maiden next week, this had to be on the list)!

That's for today. It'll probably change again later.

Can never remember albums . . . . . . . just tracks I love . . so

The Cult - She Sells Sanctuary

Jeff Healy - Angel Eyes

Bauhaus - Ziggy Stardust

Bowie - Dancing in the Street

Siouxsie & the Banshees - Spell Bound

All of these lift my mood no matter how low I get.

lol Amy sings that horrible song about "They wanna make me go to rehab, and I say no, no, no", which is pretty funny considering that a few months ago she ended up in rehab because she's a hopeless pathetic drunk. but I sure don't hate her music.
Best thing she has done so far is the cover version of "Valerie" with Mark Ronson
