Default Too much sunshine!

Went to a vineyard to see a band play on Sunday, plastered on the sunscreen...had my trainers on to drive out so switched into my new flip flops ($2 from KMart!) and had a great afternoon.

Forgot to put sunscreen on my feets. Ouch .

Take care out there people, don't be a sun newbe.

Himself has boiled his head lobster colour again already.

Yep. Slip , slop , slap and cover up if you don't want the parts you cannot reach to be microwaved.

Yep I've been caught out lots of times, usually it's when I'm just pottering in the garden and the wind is blowing nice and cool but that doesn't stop the sun incinerating your skin whilst you're happily unaware.
