Tomorrow's the Big Day

Tomorrow's the Big Day
We are finally setting off tomorrow for our new life in Nelson, we fly from Manchester to Heathrow at 10.40am then from Heathrow at 2.20pm. Bags are almost packed just little additions here and there. It seems to have taken forever to get this far but yet come around so quick all at the same time.
We have had so many goodbyes, saying goodbye to my brother, his wife and kids last night was bad, its's goodbye to my parents in the morning, knew it was going to be hard - but feel terrible at the moment.
I know my parents will be out to see us just hoping that my brother and family will make it.
Probably won't be using the site for a while till we get the internet sorted etc (once we have a rental that is). I would like to thank all of you that have answered any of my many daft questions, and I am sure there will many more.
We hope to meet up with many of you once we are there.

Good luck on your travels James and Julie, like you I found it very hard saying goodbye to my brother, and mum and dad, but once you are on your way, things will feel a little better, try to enjoy and remember it all, it will all be a bit of a whirl for a few days. Take care, see you down here,

The goodbyes are real hard but necessary. I was so excited the morning we flew and couldn't wait for the taxi to come but had to subdue my joy as we were leaving my inlaws house and they were obviously upset.
Once at the airport you can finally relax and look forward to starting your new life. After all the stress and running around I so loved the long long flight and having someone bring me hot food and drinks without me having to lift a finger or do the dishes. I'm easily pleased! lol
I hope you all have a wonderfully relaxing, stress-free journey and very many best wishes for your new life in NZ
