Tiddles in a stew....
 
Following on from the Christchurch pensioner in the news for trapping cats the other day now comes this...Cat stew.

Cats are having a hard time in Australasia it seems......:blink:

They interviewed the bush-woman who came up with this on NZ National at the end of last week. As I recall her recepie was pretty old (not what the BBC imply) although the contest she won was recent. She did say that she would cook the cat casserole for 6 hours I think in order to kill any nasties. Not to my taste but it does go to show how inventive the bush-men (and women) are. Did anyone hear about the bloke that got stuck in a tree above a croc nest the other week and was there for 3 days (or thereabouts) before he got rescued? Shouldnt have gone out on his own apparently, his wife gave him a real b@ll@kin when he got home! :)
