Hi all,
I am in Golden Bay at the moment, Beautiful but it doesn't feed the kids. Am looking to move to canterbury area and am looking for work on farm, Preferabally cropping, pigs or Grazing.20 years of experience in the UK. Does any one know of any one hiring.

Hey gozzy - I was chatting to a guy yesterday who works on a pig farm. I'll ask him when I see him next Monday where he would reccommend you start. As I'm sure you know, dairy is big here, but with the herds drying off for Winter there's a few folks on the market till next milking season.

If you've not found it already, the farming section in the Career's section of Saturday and Wednesday's The Press is as good a place to start as any.
