I am meant to be having a telephone interview for my PR application. Any tips?

I would say just be honest in your responses, to have done your homework i.e average wage youl be expecting, what will happen if you cant get a job straight away. Sure there were posts on here that actually listed some or most of the questions asked.

Fingers crossed from me aswell - I doubt they will bite though! Probably just a double check that you have done your homework with regard to NZ and how you will make it pan out well for you (i.e how you won't be a burden on the NZ tax payer!).
