I had a UK friend who visited and wanted to use a local SIM. She had done the unlocking thing with UK provider, but then had to plug into a computer here with itunes installed to complete the process. Once this was done, it worked fine with a 2degrees SIM

After a 2 1/2 hour live chat with 6 different people, got bounced between pay&go and contract, finally a supervisor sorted it

Thanks guys it stuff all sorted, now need to save for an upgrade
