Teacher salaries in New Zealand
Hi, My husband and I are both new to the site and looking to move to New Zealand next December in preparation for the new school year. I am trying to find out more about pay for teachers in N.Z. Can anyone give me information about the pay structure, and how comparable it is to the U.K

Hello!
It's in this attached document. Search for "salary scales". As Sazzle says, you'll need to get your qualifications transferred - but once you do, it's very straightforward.

Thanks Everyone!
Big thanks to everyone who helped to answer my query! Although we are not planning to leave for New Zealand (all being well that everything goes O.K) until next December, there seems so much to do and so much to research, that starting now doesn't seem too early at all! Comments on the time scale would help greatly!
