tax cuts?

does anybody else find it bloody irritating that nz is running up an $11 billion surplus, yet our finance minister says there is no money for a tax cut until, perhaps 2008, which, coincidently....is an election year.

bloody thieving, and why is our current account deficit so high if we have this huge surplus, seems like were all being robbed to me....

rant over..

gimme a tax cut dammit!

But will they? they didn't last time and they had a bigger surplus then and the economy was in a better state ie lower balance of payments.
