TVs work via a video/dvd recorder/sat receiver/freeview box.
Instead of exhaustive lists of stuff which you may or may not have, it might be worth you listing what you are concerned about.
Some shippers get worried about some items but you can read all about those on the customs and maf websites TBH

Take everything (mains power is the same, just change the plug, change plugs on UK 4-way adapters so you need fewer NZ plugs).

Also, buy some surge protectors. We didn't and had a surge during winter. 2 P.C's and a laptop died. Fortunately the insurance paid out.
We bought everything in and out of the house. If it's garden or garage based, make sure it's clean and smelling of disinfectant.

Bring furniture and kitchen electricals as much more expensive here. It's worth having a look on some NZ websites to get an idea of costs here so you can decide whether your stuff is worth the shipping cost.
I found decent quality cheap bookshelves difficult to find and ended up having to pay a lot more than I wanted to for them over here.
There is no equivalent to IKEA over here.
Upright vacuums and top loading washing machines are not that common. They can be found but there is very little choice.
Bring all books as they are very expensive here-though I do use the 'book depository' and order online from the UK now, much much cheaper as they have free worldwide delivery.
Bring spare fuses for plugs. I brought 2 4 way extensions and just changed that plug- for the stereo system and computer. I brought a couple of UK-NZ adaptors for those items which I use so rarely that I can't be bothered to change the plug on.
