I’ve been living in a remote tourist town in Canterbury and mentally it is absolutely killing me. I have never come across such a short supply of braincells in so many people in all my life. I’ve been here for two years, I’m trying to save for a flight back to Britain so I visit my friends and family with my baby daughter and am so looking forward to intellectual conversation about anything! Oh my god I feel like I’m getting Alzheimer’s here. It’s so bloody sexist here aswell, I don’t exist half of the time to the men here it’s insane. Back home the majority of my friends are older and a large number of them are males that I have great platonic friendships with. It’s made me really miss them. Anyone else going batpoo crazy!?
