Stamp duty (none, so that's £10k I saved when I moved). Capital gains tax (none). Beef, esp good fillet steak. Monkfish(!). Beer (just). Wine (just). Game fishing and shooting.

We're not taking our furniture out there as we're going to be renting our flat furnished and friends of ours out in NZ have said to stock up on as much flat pack from IKEA as possible as there's nothing like it over there.
So if you can handle assembling a bit of flat pack it might be worth considering. :scared:
