Default Stir Up Sunday

Anyone else making Xmas Puds this weekend? Haven't seen any in the shops here but then again, mine are better than store bought anyway!

Jeez ....if I ever had to compile a list of reasons to move to the USA ..the unavailability of Xmas pud would make the top 5 ....(#4 would be not having to listen to Slade and Wizard in every store in the run up to Christmas)

Now if anybody wants the best roast spud recipe ..I'll post it again ...it caused a stir once before ...and there was never a negative comment
