So you mean:
we enjoy talking about the rain that Kiwis love to spray on "our parades",
we queue up nice and quietly to be told to f-off to Oz/back to the UK,
we are sarcastic/ironic in our posts so most NZers can't understand them or us come to think of it,
we can't be bothered to discuss important issues as we are too busy watching Corrie/Shortland Street,
some of our posts are "alcohol-fuelled",
we came to NZ to work for peanuts and allow someone else to get a bargain,
we spend too much time looking for mould on our curtains to enjoy the climate,
we endeavour to remain calm in the face of a diatribe from "Johnny-Kiwi" or other "locals",
we love our TV so much that we are "conniseurs" and so regard the NZ stuff as cr@p
and finally we might moan a bit....???

yeah right..........but I still don't see "back-biting" there????
does "double jointed" appear in there as

Lardyl - the company doing the poll are a UK company and the article came from Reuters - it's only being quoted on Stuff - not that Kiwis are saying these awful untruths :D

Indeed I was just trying to bat Simon's point about "back biting" back and try to inject some "irony"......oh well.......:o

But can we come up with a poll on the top ten Kiwi traits as experienced by British Ex-Pats? Or is that too dangerous.....???

Feeling riska

1 Drinking
2 Moaning about Poms
3 Talking about the Weather
4 Curtain Twitcing
5 Moaning about Police
6 Love of television - mainly soaps
7 Not very nice to 'their ladies'
8 Love of bargains - want to buy low and sell high
9 Poor customer service - don't know how to complain or deal with complaints
10 More accepting of Poms than Poms
11 Believe in supporting local stores etc
12 Generous with newbies
13 Helpful and supportive

Now you add some, remember like us they are a mix of good and bad traits
