Default Something less to worry about

I had to email my new boss to say that I would not be able to fulfill my start date of 10th Dec due to not selling the house. Explained that the way things are it may be a while, but guess what? She said all they would do is issue a new letter with a new start date and not to worry about it At least I will still have a job when I finally get there.

Thats great news, you are obviously the one they want.

Good luck with the house and I hope you get the breakthrough you are waiting for very soon

Brilliant Phyl. My husband's employer was just the same and they ended up waiting 5 months. Ain't it lovely to read about understanding NZ employers.
