solicitor in Tauranga
Well we have decided to dive right in and having seen what we believe is a good deal for us we have decided to buy a house. One slight problem is that we haven't got a solicitor to act for us. Has anyone got any recommendations and or ball-park figures for how much it will cost (it's a new build house if that makes a difference)?

thanks for getting back to us. someone else had recommended the mobile lawyer and we went to see him and were happy with what he was offering.

It cost around $1000 for a non mortgage purchase, add a few hundred with a mortgage.
