Yeah, they are getting a bit rare round here too but we were determined. Its 1012 sq m.... Beachlands was originally split up into 1/4 acre (1012sqm) sections and many have now been halved... the new houses though are on much smaller plots.... you wont get 1/4 acre down at Spinnaker Bay or Pine Harbour Est.
