Well word it as you will - the end result is the same. (It was on the news this morning and as a busy teacher I didn't have time to research the ins and outs of it during my hectic day!!!)

Quite right - the end result is the same. Months of failure and compound errors leading to huge stress levels for Principals and staff. And no end in sight of this fiasco. The writer of that blog post clearly has no understanding of the depth of the problem.
