Short term furnished rental in Auckland?
Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has any resources for short term rentals in Auckland aside from the air b n b? Ideally we need somewhere either in the centre near the train or just south near to Greenlane area...
Thanks!

generally people find it difficult to find a rental before being in the country as there are so many things that could potentially stop the agreement going ahead, plus there are loads of people already here looking.
Your best bet would be to look into serviced apartments for a few weeks or even a holiday let, out of season you could negotiate a smaller rent.

I second looking at serviced apartments for a few weeks so that you can find your feet. Lots of competition for rentals in Auckland so you stand little chance of landing one from afar. Plus you really need to see them in person because there are some real shockers out there.
Google "Serviced apartments Greenlane, Auckland" and you'll come up with a few choices. I noticed that there are some Quest apartments in Newmarket which isn't too far away and has plenty of buses running through. We stayed at a Quest apartment in the CBD when we first came over and it was fine for our short-term needs.
