get quotes from shippers and weigh up the pro's and con's of each.
but before that you need to see if you can get a visa and decide which country you do actually Want to move to

Hi there,

We shipped from the north east of England and used Pickfords. They charge by container size but if you don't have a container full then they charge by cubic square feet. We only had a third of a 20 ft container. They were the cheapest and came in at £1'695.

Hope this helps. Defiantly get loads of quotes though. It's handy if they will let you fill up drawers etc. some won't so ask.

We received a quote from Anglo-Pacific who told us we would need a 20 ft container to ourselves, as well as 1/3 of another container. We also got a quote from White & Co, who told us it would all fit in a 20 ft container and their quote was considerably less. We used them and it all did fit. Their agents in Wellington (The Moving Company) were excellent and even reassembled all of our beds upon unpacking it.

As said earlier, shop around for the best deal.
