Default Shipping back to U.K.

Decision has now been made that we are going back to the U.K. Does anyone know how we can send a few heavy items back with us? toolboxes and a couple of other boxes. I wonder if i could put items in container with someone else's and help with costs. Also we will be selling all our house furniture and beds, so if any new arrivals want anything feel free to let me know. We would rather be on the dole at home with family than on the dole here.

Hello, we used Anglo Pacific to bring out some of our UK stuff like tool boxes and kitchenware and only have 9 boxes (not arrived yet) so we didnt fill a whole container either. A.P charged by the total area and not the weight too with it being shipped. They do door to door collections/deliveries and were quite good and quick with us. They send out the boxes and some packaging to you and if you have unusual shaped items then they are happy to let you make your own box around it. You can order boxes and get quote online.
Hope this helps. Good luck with your move back - it is hard coming so far away from family and friends and the grass isnt always greener ... I hope you have a really good Christmas back with your family.

Thanks for reply, If need be will just sell all my tools as i didn't bring U.K.ones with me. Being on Work and Income sucks as i haven't had to sign on for 20 years. So don't see the point in actually being in a beautiful place when you have no funds to do anything. I have been putting the feelers out for contract work and things look good. I know we are not the only family waiting to go back so don't feel like we are the only ones.
