Shipper: Dont use F+N worldwide!!!
 

For anyone in the process of getting quotes on shipping furniture, which I know is tricky knowing who to pick.. We used F+N Worldwide and had a few customer service issues with them. They used some 3rd party company to pack the furniture UK side and the inventory list was shocking so customs ceased the container for inspection which held us up no end and costs money, they go through your stuff with no care for anything too!! Then we had missing furniture parts (nothing major missing but means we can't put out spare bed together) and they won't cough up for cost!! And they don't reply to emails very well either...

All in all had a pretty poor experience with them, so avoid at all costs guys!!

Other than that all is good! :p

We used The Moving Company from NZ to UK. Perfect.
They packed EVERYTHING with kid gloves, nothing was damaged, everything arrived. The driver even rang to tell us what time he would be there and carried everything in. Fantastic service from A to Z.
Recommend.

We used Transworld to ship some valuables. All good until they arrived in UK and the local agent used...PARCELFORCE!!!
Parcelforce is diabolical. So there our family silver, war medals, birth certificates, family photographs went and by the grace of god after two days of searching managed to track them down. so if you use Transworld for anything valuable, make sure you collect it from their agent Simpsons in UK and dont let them courier it to you.

We used F+N from Germany to Dunedin (ex Forces don't call them Fast +Nasty for nothing) but they were great, the usual pack up in the morning, followed by a seemless, good correspondence delivery to the storage facility in Dunedin. I would recommend them to anyone (as the Army paid for it!!!!!).
