Sharks at Peka Peka Beach, Kapiti

Five sharks were spotted in the sea at Peka Peka Beach, Kapiti, Wellington. Was any one at the beach there today ?

As it was 30 degrees centigrade in Whanganui today. When my husband returned from a meeting in Porirua I asked if he wanted to go to the beach.

Sharks swim, right ? I mean could they have made it a hundred km's or more north to Whanganui beaches by 6pm ?

No matter, we went for a walk instead.

looks like the can average 25mph and for short spurts 45mph so it is highly possible.

Jeez. Sharks in the sea near a beach. Who'd have thought that was possible ;-)
