Servicing of specialist audio equipment in Auckland area ?
Hi all,
I think I may have my first "gig" since coming from the UK - a wedding evening do in Waiuku in the new year.
So............I'd like to give some of my equipment the once over - but I dont want to pay through the nose for it (making it not worth doing in otherwords). It all works but I just want to make sure it'll work for a good while yet.
Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction or know someone who services stuff like this . In the UK everything was supposed to be PAT tested too but doesnt seem to be mentioned much here. I've made a note of some of the things I have -
JB Systems AX400 - 2 x 200 Watt at 4 Ohm Stereo Power Amplifier
JB Systems AX700 - 2 x 350 watt at 4 Ohm Stereo Power Amplifier
Sound Lab Professional 2 way stereo @ 3 or 4 way mono crossover subwoofer
And of course a twin CD player (JB Systems DJ5000)
Cheers in advance.
You may have seen a post about Ipods - I followed some advice given but havent had any success - if anyone knows where I can get my Ipod serviced/repaired - Im all ears.

The MF dealer on Khyber Pass Road (just down from Thrify Car Rental on the other side) offered to repair my MF CD player (and wanted the proverbial arm and leg).....otherwise there is always yellow pages...........good luck
There was a decent Apple/hifi specialist in the Realto Mall in Newmarket but they are relocating to the new extension there - I'll check out their details if you like...........

the guy who repaired our TV used to be the Musical Fidelity service agent for Auckland, do JB Systems have service agents?
