Welcome - hope it doesn't take long for the jet lag to wear off. When did your container leave? Ours left U.K. 25/8 estimated to arrive in Wellington 23/10 then to transport up to New Plymouth

Have you got skycots, if they are little we did last time we travelled here guaranteed leg room? We travelled here many moons ago with a one year old and wasn’t to bad just sore ears on the uppity up ups and downtity down downs

We do on the first leg but on the second leg they don’t have any of those seats left!!! That’s assuming we make our intended flight 🙉🙉

Luke is a Civil Engineer and has landed a job over here. I'm going to hunt for a job once I've found us a house. We're really excited about an outdoorsy lifestyle at a much slower pace than the life we've had in London. We don't know anybody!!

My husband (26) and I (27) have also just recently moved to Christchurch, from Glasgow. We arrived on 27th September. I am the same as you, looking for work now that I am here. We don't know anyone either! How is the house hunting going? Hope you are slowly finding your feet.
