Hi there Keeny69 and welcome to our wee community.

I think your Mum & Dad Mick&Linda started a thread on here ( click on the linky) a while back coz they were so concerned for you.

Sorry to read that 'talks' have broken down.

On the other thread I suggested the Community Law Centre in Nelson.

Use them to source a good family lawyer in the area. I've used them for summat else and they really are very helpful.

I went to community law, but i booked an appointment, however when i turned for it they started say the case was to much for them, but i had not asked any questions.. they were fobbing me off... i found out later the wife had been there first.... like i say she had it all planed.. i get stiffed over, ever though i booked in first they still advised her, i can not go back there as i got pretty angry because i new they were lying, well they are lawyer...lol

Not as yet, but who knows what she will do next, i feel she is threatened by the close relationship with my boys... see what comes through the post?

Rats! That's no good at all. The community law people aren't lawyers. They are advisors only.

There is also a community law place in Motueka if that helps.

I'll also ask around for you.

I can't offer any proper advice either but I do hope you get this sorted as soon as possible. The only thing I'd say is don't wait for something to happen TO you - you need to get this by the scruff of the neck yourself. Good luck.
