Default sending parcels to nz

hi
does anyone know the cheapest way to send large parcels to nz?....our friends out there have just had a baby and we want to send out a couple of large boxes full of our babys old clothes to save them money. What is the cheapest way of doing this? ......it doesn't have to get there quickly, just cheaply...

thanks in advance for any pearls of wisdom

If they have a postal divert from their old UK address then send it to the UK address and it will automatically be sent overseas, or you could look a some shipper they offer backpacker rates for sending odd parcels.

Our son-in-law has opened a butchers shop and was as first unable to get his English Sausage Seasoning. We have been sending it to him. Because of the weight we found the cheapest way was to send it Parcel Force. We were sending 23 - 25 kilo which cost on average £140 to £180 per time this included tracking it for approx £10 extra to be delivered in 5 - 10 days. If you send it via sea taking a lot longer (5 weeks) its not much cheaper. The only problem is the baby could have out grown them by the time they get there.
