I know I asked about timings etc only a few days ago, but I have now had confirmation of a second Tier interview. :scared: What sorts of things are asked??? Is it the thrid degree or a friendly chat??????? Am I neurotic or what? How many more questions can I ask?

I'm not entirely sure what a ''2nd Tier' interview is but.....If it's by the NZIS i had an interview very recently as i did not have a specific job offer, it was quite painless. She asked Why NZ?. Had we done any research (she must be joking), had we looked at jobs, what would we do if we didn't find a job within the first couple of months, did we have any support systems in place in NZ, that sort of stuff but nothing tooooooo scary. I asked when i would get their decision and she said within 2-3 months !!!! I have letter 'approval in principle' for PR... 4 days later.........SCARY :scared:

my only experience of an interview is as described by Steve - over the phone to ascertain ability to settle cos we didn't have a job offer - a series of questions, a bit stilted cos they write down your answers but nothing painful - heard really quickly too.
