Default Scooter part

Does anyone know of a website where you can order parts online (cheaply) and get them delivered to nz.

What is it you need Sky? There's a really good scooter shop near to me (Kegra, Southend on Sea - www.kegra.co.uk I think - or google it) that can get pretty much anything. If they won't send overseas then I'll either collect it myself and post it, or will bring it over when we come in Jan - depending on how soon you need it.

Cheers,

Wiz

We bought a Hussar scooter (which is Japanese I think) when we first arrived here in nz three years ago (do they have parts for them in the uk?) and it's given up the ghost, I'll ask the hubby what the part is but he says it's shattered whatever it is.
We've tried a couple of garages over here but they say we might have to order the part or go back to Smith City where we bought it and see if they can order it for us.
Suppose we should have known better buying a scooter that isn't that common over here but we had only just arrived and I was still at the stage of throwing our money about like water because everything seemed so cheap whilst converting back to pounds lol.
Thank you so much for the offer to post the part over, that's really kind of you
I'll have a look at the link you gave me first though

No worries. Sounds to me like it might be a little difficult but I'm sure you'll overcome. Try the following, as they list Hussar as a make they can help with:

http://www.mopedworld.com/MopedScooterParts.htm

If not, let me know if you want me to try the local shop.

Good luck!
