can anyone tell me what the schools are like in Hamilton areas???? class sizes etc., please.

No replies yet to your question :confused: try looking at the ERO website ( bit like the OFSTED reports) and getting some info from there.

Average class size can vary quite a lot, it's 'bums on seats' that gets the cash in the door so the more the merrier for many schools, add to that a teacher shortage in some areas and things can get tight in the more popular schools. Some classes can be low 20s but not uncommon to have 30ish.

Doctors and dentist never bothered to ask what sort of visa we were on, as long as you can pay the bill they don't seem to be bothered, may be different for in-patient care, I don't know. I recommend you think about getting some form of health cover if you can afford it.
