Great running club here as recommended by my monstrously fit friend. I'm going to join as soon as I can pluck up the courage!

I have been looking at their website for a while...
Doing Addidas night runs on Tuesdays & just signed up for 2XU runs on Wednesdays... Guess I could join their Sunday morning runs...
Will think it over

Not sure where you run in the spectrum but my mate is in the Rat Pack, loves it. I'll be about two from the walkers!!!!! Unless my plan to eradicate post-baby body slump swings up a gear - well actually all I need to do is get some exercise but there are sooooo many excuses

Re: Running... Running... Running...
Although one club translated that as meaning 25ks (ish) or 90 minutes for those of us in the "top" (ie stupid) group...
Just avoid the temptation to train every day or up the mileage too fast - I did serious knee damage when I upped by a factor of 3 in road runs over two months - ie trying to keep up with the stupid group.
