Rugby League for those of us in the USA
If you don't have setanta sports and want to watch the Rugby League World Cup or other sports for that matter....try ESPN360.com. You can replay any of the featured items as well ...quality is very good

That's cool...but my comcast doesn't offer it 
UKNova have been pretty good source for the rugby too, though obviously it wouldn't be live.

Have to say I watched a Rugby game for the first time about 2 weeks ago at the Pub where we were having dinner. I loved it. Fast, furious and very very entertaining.
