The first time i became 'aware' of the 'god' that Mr Swayze was was in the TV serial North and South - i was young and impressional and he won my heart then.
I feel like ive grown up with him around, Dirty Dancing, ghost, and my favourite - Roadhouse
I have a very sad spot today for the loss of such a raw, strong, sexy, and clearly very loving man.

Its a very sad day

And now Keith Floyd the TV chef too.

My style of cooking with wine.

I so loved North and South too! I rewatched the whole thing before we came over - it was showing on some obscure satellite channel. He was lovely in that. Sad loss - great actor and seemed like a nice guy.

When I was a teenager, a classmate of mine used to watch Dirty Dancing every day after school for about a year... I still know the dialogue by heart after spending too many afternoons at her place.

So sad about Keith Floyd. He was a real character, bit of a boozer but always fun to watch. To Keith Floyd!

Oh no. Sorry to hear that. This is the first I had heard that he has died.

I love Dirty Dancing and Ghost.
