Retirement!!
 

My in laws are at retirement age and would like to retire in New Zealand, they are looking to buy a property outright, and both have good pensions.
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

There's no problem with them buying property.
But there is a problem retiring to NZ :(
They have to be sponsored by family (you?) who will first need NZ residency for three years.
Otherwise they can come only as visitors for six or nine months at a time.
