Residency
So, I have a two part question please?
1. I am a registered nurse and worked in NZ in 2000 via various agencies. I was registerec with the NZ nursing council at that time. Is this registration still valid?
2. I am 53 yrs old in July 2024. I would like to go back to work. I know my profession is a Tier 1 entry. My question is, my partner is 55yrs in September 2024. He is an electrician which is Tier 2. If I gain residency, can he get anything on my visa so he can work or will he be too old as the cut off is 56yrs I believe.
